The story
A new priest in a small-town church is tempted by a college student in his congregation, and their affair puts his vows and his parish at risk.
Our take
Forbidden-vows drama played straight: a new priest in a small town and a college student in his congregation, with his parish at risk. The guilt and secrecy are the main tension rather than comedy.
The opening sets up the temptation and the stakes. Without labels it rarely appears in label browsing; pick it if you like a story where consequences matter.
