Who EverAI is

EverAI Limited is the company behind candy.ai, registered in Malta. Candy AI Shorts is part of candy.ai, so a Premium plan bought to unlock Shorts episodes is billed by EverAI, not under the name Candy AI. That mismatch is why many people search the name after spotting it on a statement.

Matching the amount to a plan

Prices are logged from the candy.ai plan page; the date at the top of this page is the last check. Taxes or currency conversion can change the final figure on your statement.

Why the amount changed

The most common reason is the end of the first-month promotion on the monthly plan: the first payment is $9.99, the following ones $13.99. Longer plans renew at their full period price on the renewal date.

Stopping renewals

1. Sign in to the candy.ai account that holds the plan.
2. Open the account settings and find the subscription section.
3. Cancel the plan. Candy AI says this can be done at any time.
4. Keep the confirmation, in case the next statement still shows a charge.

What the money pays for

Premium includes 100 tokens a month, unlimited chat, 18+ images and video, live-action content and the AI girlfriend creator. On Shorts, the tokens unlock paid episodes from episode 3. Full plan breakdown.

Several charges in one month

Two charges close together usually mean two different things: the first-month price of a new monthly plan followed by a renewal, or a plan bought on two different accounts. Check the dates against the table above. If the amounts match a plan but nobody remembers subscribing, look for a candy.ai account opened with the same email or card.

Refunds

Refund decisions belong to Candy AI, not to this site, and we have no access to accounts or payments. Contact Candy AI’s support from the account that holds the plan. For a payment you do not recognize at all, your bank is the right first stop.

Keeping the charge private

Because the payment appears as EverAI rather than with an adult-sounding name, many people do not recognize it at first.

What you bought with that charge

Every EverAI charge for Candy AI is a Premium plan. The plan includes 100 tokens a month, unlimited messages, 18+ images and video, live-action content and the AI girlfriend creator. On Candy AI Shorts the tokens unlock paid episodes: 12 per episode on standard series and 30 on performer series.

Monthly, quarterly or yearly: which one is on your card

• Every month, the same amount: the monthly plan, after the first month.
• Every three months: the 3-month plan, billed in one payment.
• Once a year: the 12-month plan, billed in one payment.

After cancelling

Cancelling stops the plan from renewing. Candy AI states that cancelling is possible at any time from the account settings. Keep the confirmation email in case you need to show your bank when the cancellation took effect.

Why the name on the statement is EverAI

Card statements show the legal or trading name of the company that takes the payment, not necessarily the name of the product. EverAI Limited operates candy.ai, so its name appears on the statement for any Candy AI plan, including the ones bought to watch Candy AI Shorts.

Recognizing a Candy AI charge

• The name EverAI on the statement.
• An amount that matches one of the plans in the table above.
• A receipt from candy.ai in the email used for the account.
• An active subscription in the settings of that candy.ai account.

If all four match, the charge is a Candy AI plan. If none does, treat it as unrecognized and call your bank.

Shared cards and family accounts

When several people use the same card, a charge can come from an account you did not open yourself. Before disputing it, ask whether someone else in the household signed up for candy.ai. Adults only: the platform and this site are 18+.

Keeping records

Save the receipt emails and the cancellation confirmation. They show which plan was bought, when it renews and when it was stopped, which is everything your bank or Candy AI’s support will ask for.

How this page stays accurate

The plan amounts in the table come from candy.ai’s plan page and are re-read every week. If Candy AI changes a price or ends a promotion, the table changes at the next check, and the date at the top of the page shows when.

The life of a subscription, from first charge to last

1. Sign-up. You choose a plan on candy.ai and pay; the statement shows EverAI.
2. First charge. On the monthly plan this is the first-month price while the promotion runs, $9.99.
3. Renewals. The plan renews at its period price: $13.99 a month, $26.97 every three months or $47.88 a year.
4. Cancellation. From the account settings, at any time, according to Candy AI.
5. After cancelling. The plan no longer renews; keep the confirmation.

Charged after cancelling?

First compare the dates: a renewal taken before the cancellation was confirmed is normal. If the charge is dated after the confirmation, contact Candy AI’s support with the confirmation email. If you cannot reach a resolution, your bank can advise on disputing the payment.

Checking which plan you are on

The quickest check is the subscription section of the candy.ai account settings, which shows the active plan. The amount on your statement then tells you the same thing from the other side: match it to the table at the top of this page.

EverAI and Candy AI Shorts

A frequent confusion is to look for “Candy AI Shorts” on a statement. Shorts is a section of candy.ai, not a separate product with its own billing: the episodes are unlocked with Premium tokens, and Premium is billed by EverAI. One plan, one name on the statement, whichever part of candy.ai you use.

Before you subscribe again

If you stopped a plan and want to come back for a particular series, check its token total on its page here first. A single month may be enough to finish it, and you can cancel again straight after.

Protecting the card you use

• Use a card you check regularly, so a renewal never surprises you.
• Note the renewal date of your plan when you subscribe.
• Keep the candy.ai receipts in a folder of their own.
• Only enter card details on candy.ai itself, never on a third-party page promising free episodes.

Disputing a charge

If a charge is genuinely unrecognized, your bank or card issuer is the right place to start. If it is a Candy AI plan you no longer want, cancelling in the settings stops the renewals, and support can answer questions about the last payment. A dispute is the last step, not the first.

Why the same amount repeats

Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each period. A repeated amount on the same day each month, quarter or year is the renewal of the same plan. Cancelling before that date stops the next one.
