Watching Candy AI Shorts Without an Account
Partly
Episode 1 without an account, episode 2 after a free sign-up, and no payment card at any point. Series on the members-only shelf (18 right now) need an account even to see their episode list.
Play episode 1 on Candy.aiAdults only. Opens candy.ai in a new tab.
Three levels of access
Candy AI Shorts works on three levels, and each one opens a bit more of the catalogue.
| Level | What opens | What it asks |
|---|---|---|
| No account | episode 1 opens on public series | Nothing |
| Free account | episodes 1 and 2 on public series, plus the members-only shelf | A free sign-up, no card |
| Premium | Paid episodes from episode 3, paid in tokens | A plan from $3.99 a month |
Before you sign up
Without any account you can browse the public catalogue, read every cover and start the opening episode of each public series. That is 181 series you can sample for nothing. The members-only shelf is the exception: those 18 series show a sign-up prompt instead of a play button.
What the free account changes
A free account completes the free run on every public series (episodes 1 and 2) and makes the members-only shelf visible, including its episode lists. No card is asked at this step. Across the catalogue, that adds 181 episodes to the 181 already open without an account.
Where it stops being free
From episode 3 every episode is priced in tokens: 12 on standard series, 30 on performer series. The episode 3 guide has the token math, and Premium explains the plans.
Watch out for shortcuts. Episodes play on candy.ai. Sites offering the paid episodes elsewhere are not connected to Candy AI and are best avoided.
Why Candy AI opens series in stages
The staged access is how the platform lets people try a series before committing anything. The first stage asks for nothing, the second asks for a free account, and only the third asks for money. On a five-episode series that means a large part of the story is open before any payment, which is a fair way to judge whether a premise is worth finishing.
What a signed-out visitor sees
- Every public series cover, title and label.
- The opening episode of each public series, playable straight away.
- For members-only series, the cover and a sign-up prompt instead of the episodes.
What changes after signing up
- The rest of the free run on every public series: episodes 1 and 2.
- The members-only shelf, with the episode lists of those 18 series.
- Nothing is charged: a free account asks for no payment card.
The rule has changed before
Candy AI has adjusted the free part of its series more than once, sometimes within days. That is why every page here reads the rule from the weekly capture instead of repeating it from memory. If the rule changes again, the pages change with it at the next check, and the date at the top of each page tells you when the figures were last matched.
A quick tour without signing up
- Browse the full list here and pick a series by its cover, label and episode count.
- Read its review and episode list on its page.
- Open it on candy.ai and watch episode 1 straight away.
- If you want more, a free account adds episode 2.
How much you can watch for free in total
Across the whole catalogue, 181 episodes play with no account and the free account adds 181 more. That is enough to sample every public series before deciding whether any of them is worth tokens.
Privacy before you sign up
Without an account, candy.ai has no profile for you to manage. Creating the free account means giving an email address. If you later choose Premium, the charge appears as EverAI on your statement. More on billing.
Which series to sample first
Five-episode series are the best test: the free part covers a large share of the plot, so you see most of the tone before deciding. The new episodes page shows what Candy AI has just added, and the digital twins page lists the series built on real performers.
The free run, series by series
The rule is the same on almost every public series, but it is read per series from the latest capture, so each series page here shows its own free run in the episode list. If one series ever differs from the rest, its page will say so, and the summary at the top of this page follows the rule most series use.
Free episodes, compared with paid ones
Free and paid episodes are parts of the same series, played in the same player on candy.ai; what differs is the lock. That is why the free opening is a fair sample of what the rest of a series looks and feels like.
Common questions before signing up
- Do I need to download anything? The series play on candy.ai; this site does not offer downloads.
- Is the free account limited in time? Candy AI presents it as a free account, separate from the paid plan.
- Will I be charged automatically? Not for the free account, which asks for no card. Charges only start with a Premium plan.
When signing up makes sense
Sign up when you have watched the opening of a series and want the rest of its free run, or when you want to see the members-only shelf. If you only want to browse, you can do it without an account, on candy.ai and here.
When to stop at the free run
If a series did not hold you by the end of its free run, it is fine to stop there. With 181 series to sample, there is always another opening to try, and you never need tokens to do it.
The rule changed twice in October 2026
Candy AI has not kept the free part of its series fixed. In October 2026 it changed twice: for a few days the first two episodes opened without any account at all, then the second episode went back behind the free sign-up. Pages written from memory got this wrong for days. Here, the rule is read from every weekly capture of the catalogue, and the summary at the top of this page always shows the current one: episode 1 without an account, episode 2 after a free sign-up.
No account, free account, Premium: side by side
| No account | Free account | Premium | |

| Browse covers and labels | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Opening episode of public series | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Rest of the free run | No | Yes | Yes |
| Members-only shelf | No | Yes | Yes |
| Paid episodes | No | No | With tokens |
| Payment card | No | No | Yes |
What the free account is for
Think of the free account as the way to finish sampling. Without it you see the opening of each public series; with it you see the full free run and the members-only shelf. For many viewers that is enough to decide which series, if any, are worth Premium. For others it is enough on its own: there are 181 public series to sample, and the free account never expires into a paid plan by itself.
Free episodes and series length
On a five-episode series the free run is a large share of the story. On a long series it is a short prologue. That is the main reason this site lists the episode count on every cover: it tells you, before you press play, how much of a series you will see for free.
Creating the free account, step by step
- Open candy.ai and choose to sign up.
- Fill in the requested details; no payment card is asked for the free account.
- Go back to Candy AI Shorts: the rest of the free run on each public series is now open.
- The members-only shelf now shows its series with their episode lists.
If an episode shows a token price
An episode with a token price is past the free run of its series: it is paid, and it opens with Premium tokens.
Watching on your phone
Candy AI Shorts plays on candy.ai, which works on phones as well as on computers. This guide is built the same way: on a phone, the menu at the bottom of the screen gets you to the series list, the performers and the button to watch.
Sampling the catalogue in an evening
Because every public series opens the same way, sampling is quick. Pick five series with different labels, watch episode 1 of each, and note which ones you would continue. Then sign up for free and watch the rest of the free run of those few. By the end you know which series, if any, deserve tokens, and you have not paid anything.
How this guide checks what is free
Once a week the catalogue is read from a fresh, signed-out session, which is exactly the view of a new visitor. For every episode the capture records whether it opens with no account, needs a free account or carries a token price. The free rule on every page here comes from that capture, so it matches what a new visitor sees on candy.ai on the day of the check.
What you will see on each series page here
- An episode list with the state of every episode.
- A “How to watch” section that spells out the free run for that series.
- The token total for the paid part, if there is one.
- A review saying what the series does and who it suits.
